Union Street Public Hearing

Tonight's Select Board meeting has been posted under an emergency provision of the Open Meeting Laws. As there is not a quorum, the Board is able to administratively continue the scheduled public hearing until its next meeting,which has been rescheduled to this coming Monday. The hearing cannot be opened and continued tonight as that requires a quorum, but there is a provision which allows the hearing to be postponed by the members in attendance.
The petition to install, remove, and relocate utility poles for the Union Street construction project is continued until Monday, June 28, 2021 at 7:05 PM. The Board will meet that night in the King Conference Room on floor 3R of the Holbrook Town Hall, as well as via Zoom.
