COA Survey Deadline Extension

The Council on Aging Building Advisory Committee has recently mailed out a survey to gather resident feedback about the future COA facility. Due to a delay in the initial mailing, the deadline for submitting replies has been extended from January 31, 2022 to MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2022.
Surveys can be mailed back in the envelope provided with the mailing (residents will have to provide their own stamp), brought to the Town Hall lobby and dropped in the pink survey collection box, or can be completed online at https://form.jotform.com/213396225877163.
Your participation is greatly appreciated to help identify the needs of Holbrook and guide the development of this Town resource.
