Practice Virtual Town Meeting

Town Meeting Members are invited to attend a practice Virtual Town Meeting to test out their connections and access to Zoom, as well as to get acquainted with the Virtual Town Meeting format. The Town Moderator will walk TMMs through the process, and employees from HCAM and the Town Hall will be in attendance to answer questions and provide technical support. 

Households with more than one Town Meeting Member are encouraged to attend the practice meeting to ensure all devices being used have working hardware and are up to date on software, to ensure a smooth process at the actual meeting next week. 

Members of the body who have already registered through the online system should have received an email invitation, if not, they are encouraged to check their spam folders, or can use the link below. As this is a only practice, there is only one link to attend. However, please note that for the meeting next week all TMMs will be emailed a unique link for their participation. Again, if this email is not received by the afternoon of the meeting date, please check your spam folder.
