PROPOSED Board of Health Regulations : Trash, Solid Waste, and Recycling

A Public Hearing will be held by the Holbrook Board of Health at Town Hall, 50 N. Franklin St, Holbrook, in the Noel King Meeting Room on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 and virtually via Zoom at 7:00pm to consider adopting a regulation entitled “HOLBROOK BOARD OF HEALTH REGULATIONS: TRASH, RECYCLING, AND SOLID WASTE.” Among its provisions the regulation, if adopted, establishes standards permitting and operation of commercial, residential and municipal solid waste and recyclable materials collection for haulers and residents in the town of Holbrook. The proposed regulation is available for inspection at the Town’s website www.holbrookma.gov and in the office of the Health Agent at Town Hall during business hours. The Board of Health will accept written comment on the proposed regulation beginning Friday, January 12^th, 2024 and will close at the end of the hearing on January 30^th 2024. Once the public hearing is concluded, the regulations will be adopted.
