Please call the planning board office during office hours or email your request to be put on the agenda. When placed on the agenda, you will be notified of the date and time.

Site Plans, Subdivisions, ANRs

You will need the following when submitting Plans:

  • Application forms and plans electronically 
  • 4 sets of plans
  • 4 application forms
  • 1 check for filing fees
  • 1 check for abutter list
  • 1 check for review fees
