Accountant
The Town Accountant’s office helps protect the financial interests of the town by providing oversight of the Town's finances and by ensuring that financial transactions are executed legally, efficiently, and effectively. The office also serves as a barrier to potential fraud or misuse of the Town's resources.

Council on Aging
The Council on Aging (COA) Board is comprised of 11 members who meet on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 3 pm at the Council on Aging building.

Emergency Management
The Holbrook Emergency Management Agency (HEMA) is responsible for the coordination of federal, state, local, and other resources during natural disasters, civil unrest/civil defense events, and major emergencies that impact the Town of Holbrook.

Fire-Rescue / Emergency Medical Services
The Holbrook Fire Department is the Town’s primary Fire/Rescue Agency, providing around-the-clock, “all hazards” emergency response services to fire, search and rescue, vehicle accident, hazardous materials (Haz-Mat), emergency medical services (EMS), and other incidents. The Holbrook Fire Department also serves as the Town’s primary Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulance Service provider.

Regional Emergency Communications Center
The Holbrook Regional Emergency Communications Center is the first of the first responders. We are committed to answering all 9-1-1 and non emergency calls with professionalism, integrity and compassion while efficiently dispatching police, fire and emergency medical services. Customer service is essential to our success, so we treat each caller with empathy and respect. Our dedicated and highly trained professionals routinely offer life-saving medical instructions in addition to providing accurate public safety information.
