Filing Deadlines
- Applicants/representatives are strongly encouraged to submit new applications at least 2 1/2 weeks before the meeting date to ensure there is enough time for Conservation staff to request and receive an abutters list from the Assessing Department, for applicants to notify abutters at least 7 days before the meeting per the wetlands regulations (310 CMR 10), and for Conservation staff to place a legal notice in the newspaper at least 5 days before the meeting per the wetlands regulations (310 CMR 10).
- Applicants/representatives are strongly encouraged to submit revised or additional information for previously submitted applications at least 1 week before the meeting to allow adequate time for the Conservation Commission and staff to review the material.
