By maintaining a high level of emergency preparedness on behalf of the Town’s citizens and property owners, the Holbrook Emergency Management Agency (HEMA) is committed to the preservation of lives, property, and the environment during disasters and major emergencies.

Description of Services:
 

The Holbrook Emergency Management Agency is responsible for preparing for, mitigating, responding to, managing, and recovering from natural disasters, civil defense, and other major emergencies that impact the Town.

To accomplish these goals, Holbrook Emergency Management Agency staff: provides public information and education; develops and implements emergency operations plans; coordinates with town/state/federal entities and civic groups and organizations; assesses damage/impacts following a disaster; and oversees local, state, and federal assistance.
