Covid Vaccine Registration Information

75 years of age and up ONLY

The Boards of Health in Randolph, Holbrook, and Avon will be holding regional COVID vaccination clinics for all residents of these communities ages 75 and older.The regional COVID vaccination clinics will be held at Randolph Community Center, 128 Pleasant Street, Randolph.  Pre-registration is required and individuals must present proof of their age when they arrive onsite to the clinic in order to receive the vaccine.

Appointments are filled on a first-come, first-scheduled basis. Please do NOT schedule more than one appointment per person and do not schedule an appointment if you are NOT a member of a currently eligible population.

We anticipate running weekly clinics provided we are allocated vaccines from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.

Additional Information:

- Individuals must present proof of their eligibility, residency and health insurance card to receive the vaccine. If you do not have insurance, you will still receive the vaccine.

- Masks are required

- Wear a loose fitting short sleeve shirt. Do not wear a turtle neck, sweater or sweatshirt.

- Remove your winter coat before pulling into the tent and have your arm exposed for proper vaccination.

- Please do not arrive before your appointment. You will stay in your vehicle and will be vaccinated in your vehicle.

- You will receive the Pfizer vaccine, which is a 2-dose series, and you should receive your 2nd dose approximately 21 days after you have received your 1st dose.

- Do not go to the vaccination site if you have not pre-registered; there will be NO WALK INS

- The whole process can take up to 60 minutes, from start to end.

- If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms on the day of your vaccination, you will need to reschedule your appointment.
