FY21 Tax Rate Classification Notes

At its November 24, 2020 meeting, the Board of Selectmen voted on the FY21tax rates. Attached is the presentation provided by Chief Assessor Patrick Harring. Please note that the final vote taken by the Board reflects a factor of 1.68, not the factor of 1.67 that had been included in the proposed motion in the packet.
